We created this 8-week packet with five major subject areas for school success and the prioritized Pre-K standards. This is a “preview” of what you can expect in a Pre-K program—don’t worry if it seems like a lot or all completely brand-new material!
 
Each week, your child will focus on a research-based skill set:
Handwriting (letter formation, fine motor development)
Letter recognition
Math (shapes, sorting, patterns, number sense, simple addition and subtraction)
Phonological awareness (rhyme, beginning sound isolation, syllables)
Fine motor (handwriting and scissor skills)
 
Your involvement is vital as a parent, especially during these stages of your child's learning journey. You'll be working with your child to complete these tasks. Enjoy the learning process together, and watch the roots take hold.
